We were very warmly welcomed. Our wish for two adjoining rooms was fulfilled. Everything was very clean. We had booked breakfast. The breakfast buffet was great. Something for every taste. It was very quiet in the hotel. Our daughters of16 and 18 years old would recommend the hotel rather for older people.

Pure luxury, the hotel and its service from the staff helped to make this a wonferful relaxing break. The location of the hotel is superb, beautiful gardens and pool area, thankfully its a heated out door pool, and with the weather alittle miserable to say the least (which is very unusual for Tenerife in March) the heated pool was a blessing as you couldnt go into the sea due to the cold weather!! The art deco design within the hotel makes you feel like you have stepped back in time. The bedrooms have all the modern facilities you could ask for, good size and kept exceptionally clean. Due to the wonderful sea views would recommend the upgrade. But garden rooms seemed very popular as well. Breakfast buffet was of a good selection and hot food being cooked as requested. Would recommend to couples and those of maturing years who appreciate high 5 star standards of service. We believe the best five star hotel in Fanabe/Costa Adeje for value for money. We would certainly book this hotel again.

Friendliness of staff, well trained and genuinely very helpful. Location is near the beach. Very quiet at night, nice big firm beds. Clean rooms.
The hotel is seriously overpriced. Also, every day the beds near the swimming pool were occupied as everybody 'reserved' theirs early morning with their towels (which is human behavior at its poorest) and left unattended for hours. Supposedly there is a policy for this but nobody enforced this. This was not our hotel nor area we'd love to have stayed, it lacked exclusivity and even though the location (near the beach) seemed nice the whole area has a cheap Disney feel to it.

We liked gardens, pools, interiors, buffett, views from the room, terraces and restaurant; easy access to the beach and bordwalk, as we like long strolls along the sea. This place is a real gem. I would rate it 10 out of 10.
We've booked a double sea view room. Our room was located on 4th floor in Utanca building. Unfortunately, the sea view was rather a garden-beach-marina-town-mountains view. Spectacular though but not what we have expected. Some garden view rooms would be a better choice, and they even have a sea-view.

Very nice place. All the ingredients for an excellent stay are present. Special grading for the wonderful breakfast buffet. Never experienced such a choice of good and fresh food. Never been disappointed during our stay.
